8. May I ask free samples?

Many but not all customers can get our free samples. Please let us know your enough information to help us to decide if we should send free samples to you. If you need us to speed-post the samples,  sometimes you are maybe required to offer your account number for the postage. If the sample is expensive or we haven't the exact samples in hand & we must produce specially for you, you are possibly required to pay for the samples.

10. How can I get your quotes or pricing ?

First, you are required to let us know who you are. Please let us know your full contact information, which of our packaging product you are interested in, the information of goods you will pack, the specifications, order quantity, & other requirements if any. 

11. Do you give quantity discount?

Yes. Normally larger quantity means lower price.

12. How to order your packaging products?

A. Please let us know which product you want to buy, all detailed specifications, quantity, and requirements. And what you wish to pack. Sometimes you need to send us a sample to help us to know what you really want.

B. We come to an agreement on price, quality, quantity, packaging, delivery time, payment, & other terms.

C. You are normally required to send us a purchase order or we sign a contract between us. If payment terms is L/C, you should open a letter of credit accordingly.

D. Irisong arrange production & shipment according to L/C or contract.

13. What's your minimum order ?

Our goods are not for retail. Irisong usually don't accept order less than USD600.00 except it is for sample or some acceptable special use. However, we also accept LCL goods. 

14. What's your acceptable payment terms? Do you prefer payment by L/C or bank wire?  

Normally Irisong accept L/C at sight or T/T (bank wire) in advance.

15. What is my shipping options? How do you ship your products?

Irisong can deliver the goods by sea shipment, air shipment, continental bridge, combined transportation, or express. Just according to your opinion. Of course the freight will be included into the value & finally paid by the buyers.

16. When will my order shipped? What is normal lead time for delivery ?

Normally 10-30days after receiving your L/C or T/T payment. It is based on our stock condition & your order quantity.
